The project was to design a Real Estate Brochure for NexVillas by Passion Pillars Properties. A newly established housing scheme in Annur, Tamil Naddu, India.
Problem Statement
The reason why the client approached me was that they had previously designed a brochure for the marketing purpose of their housing scheme. The client seems to be not satisfied with the results. They mentioned that the design was poorly designed and didn’t have a premium feel. As this is a brochure for a real estate project it needs to be somewhat premium in look and feel. It needs to be appealing and welcoming to the potential or first-time buyer. The brochure needs to communicate all the associated details like location, available amenities, and an appropriate call to action.
Design Approach
We began working by interviewing the Client about the problems they were facing. We started the research by looking at the demographic of the local population, what kind of design language is used in the client’s industry, and the client’s design preferences.
After several back-and-forth rounds of discussions and visual reference sharing, we landed on a color palette of green background and golden-brown accents with minimal and premium aesthetics.
The client needs to print it and wants to distribute it digitally via email. Due to this reason, the brochure was A4 size bifold which didn’t leave us a lot of room to deliver all the information that was required. The content that was required on the brochure includes a cover page, with a title, visualization, and unique geological landmarks. The internal pages need to go with plot size information. The back cover comprised of location of the housing scheme on the map and nearby landmarks, making it easier to make a buying decision or visit the location. It also includes a call to action and available amenities.
